What we provide (販売するサービス)
In-person relaxation and bodywork sessions: restorative bodywork (60 or 90 minutes), breathing and stillness sessions (60 minutes), foot and lower-leg work (45 minutes), an extended restorative session (120 minutes) and follow-up sessions. They are for relaxation and rest, not medical treatment. No goods are sold.6
Fees (販売価格)
Fees are not published on this website. The fee for your session length is stated in writing, in yen, before the appointment is confirmed, and the message also says whether consumption tax is included. Nothing is charged until the session has taken place.7

Payment (お支払い方法・時期)
Payment is made at the end of the session, in cash or by bank transfer. We do not accept cards at this time. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, the account details are given in the written confirmation.9

On the day and at the time we confirm to you by email. A session lasts for the length we confirmed, and the closing rest is part of it.10
Changes and cancellation (変更・キャンセル)
Please write to us as early as you can if you need to change or cancel an appointment. This website does not set a cancellation fee; if one applies, it is stated in the written confirmation before you confirm the appointment. Because no goods are sold, there is nothing to return.11
