Question i
Do I need to have had bodywork before to book a session?
No. Many people book a first visit without having had any kind of bodywork before. The first session always starts with a short conversation about what brought you in and what you are hoping for. Nothing is assumed, and nothing is rushed.
↑ FAQQuestion ii
How do I pay, and when?
Payment is made at the end of the session, in cash or by bank transfer. We do not take card payments at this time. If you need to pay another way, mention it when you write and we will see what can be arranged.
↑ FAQQuestion iii
What should I wear to a session?
Loose, comfortable clothing is best. For bodywork sessions you will be asked to remove shoes and outer layers. A change of clothes is not necessary, but some people prefer to bring one. There is a small changing area in the room.
↑ FAQQuestion iv
Is a session medical treatment?
No. Sessions at Quiet Rain Meadow are for relaxation and rest. We do not diagnose, treat or promise to relieve any condition, and a session is not a substitute for seeing a doctor. If you are unwell, injured, pregnant or unsure whether bodywork suits you, ask your doctor first and tell us when you write.
↑ FAQQuestion v
What does a session cost?
Fees are not listed on this website. We confirm the fee for your session length in writing when we arrange the appointment, before you pay anything, and payment is made at the end of the session.
↑ FAQQuestion vi
How do I book or change an appointment?
Write to hello@quietrainmeadow.com or use the form on the contact page; it opens a message in your own email app. Nothing is booked until we have replied and confirmed a day and time in writing. To change or cancel, write to us as early as you can.
